Coconut Oil -- Why you need to eat healthy fats!

Here is yet another reason to eat coconut oil. You know that eating fats helps you feel full and more satisfied when you eat a meal. But did you know that this feeling of satiety will help curb your cravings for breads and sugary foods? Carbohydrate cravings are one of the biggest challenges when it comes to weight loss (but I digress)...

Coconut oil is a better source of fat than other fats as the medium chain fatty acids in coconut oil provide less energy than it takes to metabolize the fat. You are actually burning more fat metabolizing coconut oil in your body than the "fat" you are taking in. It sounds crazy but it is true. Coconut oil is quickly turned into energy in your body. This is why you also see noticiable increase in your energy levels when you begin incorporating coconut oil into your diet.

Could you please provide sources to validate your claim that coconut oil is a net zero-calorie product since this is the first time I've heard this claim.
