Coconut oil and baking

Have you thought of using super healthy coconut oil when you bake things? Coconut oil makes a wonderful trans-fat free substitute that you can use in place of butter. You'll get crisper crusts and cookies when you use coconut oil instead of butter or shortening. You'll also get really moist cakes and chewier cookies.

Plus, you'll get all of those wonderful internal benefits from using coconut oil in your baked goods. And you'll be consuming a healthy fat that will do everything from help fire up your fat-burning furnace to making your skin and nails heavenly.

Happy baking!
