Okay, I am back on the coconut oil bandwagon!
Did you know that coconut oil will not promote heart disease nor will it increase cholesterol or cause weight gain! Coconut oil does reduce weight, the risk of heart disease and cancer. It also promotes healthy metabolic function and nutrient absorption.
If coconut oil will do all of this, why is it so hard for us to believe that it is true? I recently had bloodwork done and I was stunned by the quality of my blood. I have never been so low on everything...especially the different types of cholesterol. It was very impressive and the only change I made was taking 1-3 tablespoons of coconut oil daily.
However, despite all of this, I still have a hard time talking my friends into even trying this wonder product. They all give me the hairy eyeball. Hmmm.
