More on coconut oil and weight loss
Okay, I have had and interesting dilemma lately. I am an avid beleiver of the power of coconut oil and very much require the energy I get from taking coconut oil. That said, I have noticed a very interesting change in my body.
I have been taking 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil per day for the last 2 months. Coincidentially I have been on the worse side of the scale for about six months (I seem to have forgotten all of my good quality eating habits and I am opting for poor quality food choices instead).
So what I am about to share could be because of the fattening food or the coconut oil...I am getting flabby. My arms are flabby and my thighs are larger than they have been for several years. Hmmm.
I believe in how coconut oil works and the quality of the oil. I am hoping that the giggly stuff is the result of my poor eating.
I would hate to give up coconut oil!!
