Another interesting benefit from Coconut Oil!

I have been taking coconut oil religiously for about 6-8 weeks. I had trouble tolerating coconut oil for the first several weeks (I was outrageously gasy). To the point that I almost stopped for a week or so. However, I was addicted to the energy it gave me so I decided to give it another try.

When I restarted the coconut oil I reduced the amount from 1 tablespoon a serving to 1 teaspoon. This seemed to solve the problem. I now am back up to 1 tablespoon as I know that I need to consume more.

Well, guess what? This month when menstrual period started I had no hideous pains leading up to it. Last month I noticed a big difference but once I ramped up my coconut oil intake, this month the awful, gut-wrenching pains were barely present. Wow!

If this stuff gets rid of cellulite, it will be the be all, end all!
