Coconut Oil and Anti-Aging

Who knew a fabulous anti-aging product would come from a delicious food. There have been numerous studies evaluating the diets of people native and living in the tropics. One commonality amongst tropical dwellers is their use of coconut meat and coconut oil.

Coconut oil stimulates the thyroid function and, as a result, lowers cholesterol. The by-product of this process is greater prevention of many of those diseases and conditions that we commonly connect with the natural aging process. These include weight gain, senility, heart disease and cancer.

All this and it makes your skin look great - why wouldn't you try consuming coconut oil for a month?
